Red Lava Rock (Scoria Red) Substrate by AquaNatural is a premium natural volcanic substrate formed from porous lava rock. Rich in minerals and featuring a striking deep red appearance, it creates a natural aquascape while providing an ideal environment for healthy root development and beneficial bacteria.

Its lightweight, porous structure promotes water circulation throughout the substrate, making it an excellent choice for planted aquariums, shrimp tanks and freshwater community aquariums. It can be used on its own or as a base layer beneath aquasoils and decorative gravels.

Instructions

• Rinse thoroughly before use to remove any loose dust.

• Evenly spread across the aquarium base.

• Slowly fill the aquarium to minimise disturbance.

• Can be used alone or beneath other substrates to improve drainage and plant root health.
