Shipping policy

SWA Shipping Policy:

All orders must have shipping selected unless located within a reasonable distance from West Wyalong for pickup. For example Wagga Wagga, Temora, Griffith, Forbes, Narranderra, Lake Cargelligo. Locations near these towns are permitted. DO NOT CHOOSE LOCAL PICKUP FOR DELIVERY WITHOUT CONTACTING SWA at southwestaquatics1@gmail.com

Shipping Location Policy:

No live orders (plants, fish, shrimp) are permitted to be shipped to any states/territories other than NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, NT & ACT

No orders at all are to be shipped internationally (without consultation) All orders must be shipped within Australia. With certain orders to the applicable states.

All orders are shipped on the followng monday/tuesday to the order. E.g. order is made on Thursday, the item will be dispatched to post on Monday/Tuesday. As opposed to Friday or Thursday. If an order is not dispatched during thing time it will be dispatched within 10 business days of the initial shipment arranged on Monday.

Orders are generally dispatched the following week of the order, however in some cirumstances please allow up to 10 business days for fulfillment.

In most cases you as the customer will be notified using the contact information provided. In the event of a non-response (10 business days of no contact), South West Aquatics has authority to withold the order until contact is reached, terminate order and issue a refund, or to ship the order. 

If items are out of stock and a non-response occurs, South West Aquatics has authority to refund the item/s that are out of stock with the order. Cash/direct refund may be included in the order to avoid Shopify refund delays.
