Suitable for freshwater, marine and planted aquariums, Live Ceramic Rings are compatible with most canister filters, sump systems and internal filters with biological media chambers. They are ideal for establishing new aquariums or enhancing the biological capacity of existing filtration systems.

Instructions

• Rinse gently with aquarium water before first use to remove any loose dust.

• Place the ceramic rings into a filter media bag or directly into your filter's biological media chamber.

• Position after mechanical filtration for optimal biological performance.

• When cleaning, rinse only in removed aquarium water to preserve beneficial bacteria. Avoid rinsing with untreated tap water.

💡 Tip: For maximum filtration efficiency, use ceramic rings alongside mechanical and chemical filter media, and avoid replacing all biological media at the same time.

Please Note: Biological filtration requires time to mature. Allow several weeks for beneficial bacteria to fully establish. Regular water testing is recommended when cycling a new aquarium or introducing additional livestock.
